Shipping and Returns

Returns

We accept returns on regular-priced items only. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

To initiate a return, email us at info@saltandbranch.com before sending anything back. 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are applied to your original payment method — allow a few business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

If you haven't seen a refund after several days, check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, and then your bank — processing delays are common. Still nothing? Reach out at info@saltandbranch.com.

Exchanges

We replace items that arrive defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us and then ship your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of the return once we receive it.

If the order was not marked as a gift, or if it was shipped to the gift-giver first, the refund goes back to the original purchaser.
