How long until an item is back in stock? Due to the nature of working with small makers, items can take several weeks to return to the store. If an item you are interested in purchasing is out of stock, please email email@example.com to be placed on a waiting list.
How long will it take to ship my order? Most items are processed and shipped the next business day (Monday-Friday, not including federal holidays). Upon shipping, you will receive an email with tracking information. See our Returns and Shipping Policies for more information.
Why isn't my shipping free? We wish we could offer free shipping on every order. Since we are a small business and we do not sell a large volume of products like big box stores so we do have to charge you for shipping unfortunately. For all orders over $100 we do offer free shipping.
What countries do you ship to? Currently, we only ship within the United States.
What is your return policy? You can return a product for up to 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. For our full return policy please refer to Returns and Shipping Policies for more information.
Do you have a retail location? We are operating as an e-commerce business only.

I noticed that I didn't get an invoice with my order. Why not? In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint we have decided to not print invoices with each order. If you believe there was a mistake with your order please contact us right away so we can make it right.
